TYPE OF GAME: Ducks, Dove, Rio Turkey, Wild Hog, Feral Hog, Predators, White Tail Deer and fishing for Bass, Catfish and Perch.
NOTE: 50% down required on hunts and lodging. Mail Cashiers Check or Money Order or use our credit card information area to reserve your spot or pay your annual lease. NO refund of deposits. All Hunters must abide by the fish and game laws or be removed without a refund and all hunters must keep alcohol to a minimum (NO INTOXICATION) or be removed without a refund. *******Deposits may be used to reschedule but only once.
DOVE – $60.00 day
DUCKS – $75.00 day. Package hunts are $500.00 per person for Room and 5 day hunt. Come in on Sunday; hunt Monday through Friday and leave on Saturday morning. We have 4 package hunts. Package hunts are the last week in December and the first three weeks in January.
6 Hunters make up a package Duck hunt. If you need to leave early you still pay for the 5 day hunt. Fewer hunters can make up a hunt but the total cost will be divided among that number of hunters. 50% deposit is required to hold your hunt. Balance to be paid in cash. At least one hunter needs to make a deposit for the group to save your hunting dates.
All deposits are to be made by June. NO one hunts without a deposit. Deposits are not refundable but can be exchanged with a family member or friend.
We are not responsible for rain fall, weather conditions or migration of birds.
SPRING TURKEY Season – $100.00 per day and another $100.00/per turkey if you shoot a turkey. No Fall Turkey season.
FISHING – $30.00 per day/per person or FREE with lodging. BASS, CATFISH and PERCH
PREDATORS – $100.00 PER DAY and an extra $100.00 if you kill a Bob Cat.
DAY HUNTS: Deer & Hog
Deer – $1650.00 for a 1-5 day hunt. It includes the hunt, House 5 days/5 nights and Trophy Buck of your choice and a Trophy wild Hog. Free fishing while staying with us.
Deer – $1000.00 for a 1-5 day hunt includes the hunt and house, one doe and wild hog…..Also free fishing while staying with us.
Youth hunt with adult Trophy hunt is $750.00 for a cull buck under 8 points. 8 points and over is the regular price of $1650.00. Youth hunt without adult hunting (but with an adult) is $1,000.00 for a 1-5 day hunt of a deer under 8 points.
Fall and Winter HOG and COYOTE combination hunt: $100.00 per day.
HOG meat can be mixed with deer meat to make great sausage.
BAYCO is the slaughter house in Seymour. They can help you with all your butchering and packing needs. Shumate Taxidermy in Seymour does a great job on mountings.
MINORS MUST STAY with PARENT or Guardian at ALL times!! Especially while hunting! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FOUR ANNUAL LEASES are available each year for parts of the ranch. THREE are leased for this year. Leases turn over after Spring Turkey season is over but renewals are due January 10th of each year.
